MY MOJITO STORY
                                                                 REALLY                 
    During the pandemic my garden was my place of sanity, my dining room, and my cocktail lounge.  Remember?
      With lots of quarantine time on my hands, my garden  became gorgeous,
my cooking
had improved, and my cocktails had gotten stronger. There was something missing ...  friends.  I couldn't isolate myself from my friends or I'd go crazy. So I had outdoor parties. The guests were fantastic yet there
was still something missing.         MUSIC!
      I tried cranking up & blasting my inside stereo so it could be heard outside but couldn't stand  the torture to my ears or for anyone else's who walked into the house. I tried hauling the speakers and wires through the doorway and back after the party.  Ahh...NO.
     After much research of outdoor portable sound systems, I bought the best I could find and it was not  inexpensive. When I set it up in my yard, it didn't sound as good as  it did in the showroom.  And, it didn't sound a good as my inside stereo system. The speakers sounded weak and tinny outside. To  make matters worse, after the party when I was quite exhausted, I would have to haul the speakers and everything inside the house before I went to bed so they wouldn't get ruined by dew, heat, wind, or perhaps rain. Then, I had to find a place to store them .
     At one of my larger parties, when the fun was in full swing, the music just stopped. It was like a bomb dropped. No one spoke for a few minutes. I was  embarrassed & frantic & couldn't figure out what the problem was. No one could. That was the last thing I needed.
